Hub Groups

Dedicated to creating a growing grassroots network of people inspired to make the transition to Radical Decency, our local Decency Chapters and Hub Support Groups.

Our movement's core building blocks, Hub Groups, consist of 8 to 12  friends and neighbors  – fellow Chapter members who, guided by a trained Facilitator, meet for 75 minutes, every other week, to enhance their Radical Decency/Relational skills.

We call them “Hub” groups as a constant reminder that to make lasting, transformative change in our lives and in the world, we need to be Decent in all that we do; not just with family and friends – the “Hub” of our lives – but also, crucially, at work and in all our communal and political involvements; that is, in all of “Spokes” that radiate out from our “Hub”.

Other Chapter Member activities:

A monthly 1-hour Zoom seminar in which we discuss the many challenges and rewards of a Radically Decent life.

Decency Summits that bring together Chapter members from across the country;

Our online mailing list/discussion forum;

Locally organized Chapter events.
